The Origins: A group of local entrepreneurs, led by Mario Bisceglia, acquires a disused spring named Orsinella. 2017
2017
The Birth of Acqua Orsini: After two years of industrial renewal, the first bottle reaches the market, with a name dedicated to the Orsini family, Dukes of Gravina, and to their residence in Poggiorsini.
2020
The Copernicus Fund: Linked to the Orsini family, and by the will of Prince Orsini, it acquires a majority stake in the company structure.
2022
Relaunch of Orsini Soda: Rebranding of the Premium Mixers line and repositioning within the world of mixology.

From Sorgente di Puglia Srl to Sorgenti Italiane Regionali SPA: Created for the development and acquisition of local springs, including the historic Bolognese brand Acqua Cerelia, active since 1902.
2024
Expansion into Tuscany: Acquisition of Sorgenti Toscane Srl and the brand Fonte de’ Medici.
Today
Steady Growth: With the goal of bringing together diverse regional Italian waters within the Group.
